Named for 1940s swimmer (and probable mermaid!) Esther Williams, this halter top can be wrapped and tied a number of ways. This adorable bikini top can be made more modest by layering the Freddy shirt or Heather Blazer in a matching print. It is also a perfect compliment to any of our bottoms and can wrap to the waist for a near one piece look!
