Below you will find helpful information about Trashy Diva policies and procedures from placing online orders to making returns and exchanges. It's up to you to familiarize yourself with these policies before placing an order with us!

All in-store purchases are considered final sale. 

 

 Shipping + In-Store Pickup 

Free Domestic Ground Shipping over $200 No coupon needed to get free ground shipping in the US; this discount will automatic apply at checkout. If you'd like your item shipped internationally, economy shipping is similarly free for orders of $400 or more.

Online orders are processed and shipped through our warehouse in New Orleans, Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays, with most shipped within 1 - 4 business days. During collection launches, sale events, pre-orders or inclement local weather, if your items are being gathered from retail locations, we appreciate your patience as processing may extend to 3 - 7 business days or more.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the shipping service.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to and old or incorrect address. Please double check your mailing address before checkout.

In-store pickup is available at our 2048 Magazine New Orleans shop. Please add your request to your order notes at check out so a shipping refund may immediately processed. Please allow 1 - 2 day processing for in-store pickup at New Orleans' 2048 Magazine location; you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up. These orders must be picked up within 5 business days. If your order is not picked up within 5 business days you will be contacted to arrange shipment.

Expedited shipping If you have specific delivery needs such as overnight with Saturday delivery, there may be an additional charge and special arrangements to be made. Please reach out to customer service during our office hours of operation so we can process your order as soon as possible to meet your desired delivery date.

It is your responsibility to let us know if you have a deadline for package delivery. 

 Flash Sales, Markdowns, and Final Sale Items 

  • FLASH SALES: Items purchased during flash sales, temporary markdowns, and Black Friday type promotions are eligible for exchange or store credit only within our standard 14 calendar day return return window.

  • COLLECTION LAUNCH PROMOTIONS: Promotional collection launch pricing for pre-orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • MARKDOWNS: Items that are marked down in our Sale section are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • FINAL SALE: Items marked FINAL SALE and/or purchased at 50% off or above the original price are ineligible for return or exchange. These purchases are final. No exceptions. Make sure to ask all questions before ordering these items.


 Price Adjustments 


Trashy Diva will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise permanently marked down within 15 days from the date of purchase. The price difference will be credited as store credit.


Price adjustments do not apply to the following :

  • Items purchased with a promotional discount
  • Items purchased at full-price that then go on a temporary promotion (ie. Flash Sale, Sale on Sale, etc.)
  • Items purchased from the SALE category.

     Domestic Returns + Exchanges 


    To better serve you, we are now processing all returns and exchanges via this returns portal.  After your return is authorized (authorizations are processed Monday - Friday during business hours), you'll receive a shipping label to use via email. Only the actual return shipping charge will be deducted if you opt for a refund.

    You must submit your return/exchange for approval within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Returns/exchanges that arrive to our warehouse over 14 calendar days after approval date are eligible for store credit only.

    If an entire order that received free shipping is returned for a refund, the actual original shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

    When making an exchange, we cover all shipping charges both directions for the first exchange. Your shipping label will allow both you and us to track your package en route and will let you know when it is received.

    • Exchange items are not reserved pending shipping and will be fulfilled according to availability on your return item's arrival.

    • After one exchange your order will become a return and the balance will be credited as a gift card. Exchanges are only returnable for gift card. You will need to place a new order on our website for whichever items you would like to purchase.

    • We always suggest dropping off your package at the post office and obtaining a receipt of shipment. This is your record of shipping the package back to us and getting the tracking started.

    • We are not responsible for lost return packages that have no tracking information.

    The following items are ineligible for return or exchange:

    • Purchases more than 14 calendar days old

    • Worn merchandise

    • Merchandise with original tags removed or shoes not in original box 

    • Final Sale merchandise (any item 50% or more off of the original price)

    • Items purchased in person from a Trashy Diva brick and mortar location

    • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product pages

    • Hats, Headbands, Fascinators or any hair accessories

    • Shipping charges (unless we have shipped something in error)


     International Returns + Exchanges 


    Please visit our return portal for a Return Authorization number. You may ship with the carrier of your choice, but please ensure that the package is trackable as we are not responsible for lost packages.

    • Trashy Diva does not offer international return shipping services but will cover the cost of shipping an exchange back to you.

    • You must ship your return within 14 calendar days from the date of your return approval. Returns received after that 14 calendar days after approval are eligible for store credit only.

    If an entire order that received free shipping is returned for a refund, the actual original shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

    Exchanges are only returnable for gift card.

    The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Purchases more than 14 calendar days old

    • Worn merchandise

    • Merchandise with original tags removed or shoes not in original box

    • Items purchased in person from a Trashy Diva brick and mortar location

     Sold Outs 

    In the event of a sold out item, an email notification will be sent as soon as possible with options.

    If we do not hear from you within 2 business days of the notification being sent the sold outs will be refunded and the remaining portion of your order will be shipped. 

     Damaged or Incorrect Items 


    Should you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can make arrangements for repair or replacement. Visit our return portal here.

    Items that have been worn and sustained damage with wear are ineligible for replacement or repair. 

     Trashy Diva Collection Pre-Orders 


    Items available for pre-order will be clearly labeled and have an anticipated shipping date within the item description. By placing a pre-order you guarantee your selected item in your size. Your order will be shipped to you immediately upon the collection's arrival to our warehouse. If your order contains pre-order items as well as in-stock items your order will be shipped when all items are ready to ship together. If you need your in-stock items immediately please place separate orders.
